Hartmut Grote
Hartmut Grote worked on the implementation and subsequently successful stable operation of the power-recycled Michelson configuration for the GEO 600 as a PhD, by developing and implementing computer-controlled locking scheme. He spent post-doc time at TAMA (Japan), Caltech (Ligo), and Ligo Livigston observatory, working on interferometer control, noise analysis and general commissioning, H. Grote is now leading the GEO600 team.
