Guiding or leading people is a special art absolutely vital for any kind of human organisation. But what really is leadership? What is it about and what does it take to work? Just the authority of position mostly falls short of convincing others and inducing the necessary trust and motivation to actually follow a person. Even if the idea is great it is usually the very person that makes us move. It really is personality that makes leadership more or less successful.
In this workshop we are going to look at core aspects of leadership and personality. The workshop design will guarantee active participation. You will be exploring your own personality and find individual leadership potentials. Efficient communication, prerequisite for successful leadership will be examined and trained and we will look at several typical aspects of leadership such as decision making, motivation, working with teams, delegation and feedback. As far as time will allow the aspect of virtual co-operation will be additionally taken into account.
